简单介绍

张元庆  教授,博导,于2015年10月从康奈尔大学医学院卫理公会研究所以“百人计划二期”引进回中山大学药学院开展工作,从事微流控生物芯片在癌症转移、高通量药物筛选、生物组织工程、肿瘤干细胞等领域的应用研究。其科研成果以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Journal  of  the  American  Chemical  Society、Advanced Science等期刊上发表多篇SCI论文。其中,关于微流控芯片技术的科研成果,被Chemical & Engineering News(化学化工新闻)撰写题为“Chip Scales Up Studies Of Cancer Cell Metastasis”的研究亮点特别报导,在Nature网站以题为“Screening antimetastatic compounds using microfluidic-based tracking of cell migration”加以报道。美国科学新闻(Science News)等网络媒体对上述特别报道进行转载。申请专利两项。这些研究工作对微流控芯片技术,生物技术与材料科学在癌症转移的预防和治疗等领域具有重要意义。

 

研究方向

DNA纳米材料用于分析新方法;多功能纳米材料用于癌症的诊断和治疗; 高通量微流控芯片用于单细胞分析。
