简单介绍

毛洋 博士,中山大学药学院教授、博士生导师,中山大学“百人计划二期”引进人才2009年于美国哈佛大学获得博士学位;2010年至2014年在美国波士顿大学质谱中心从事博士后研究;2015年至2017年在丹麦哥本哈根大学糖组学中心任助理教授。研究方向为基于质谱的生物大分子药物分析,长期以来聚焦于分析与抗凝血药物“肝素钠”相关的多糖类生物大分子的活性成分及相关糖生物学,最近的研究工作包括结合基因编辑技术和高分辨率质谱研究多糖与蛋白之间的相互作用、O-糖基化的生理病理学意义等。目前兼任广东省药物非临床评价研究企业重点实验室专职副主任。主持国自然面上项目。以通讯作者或第一作者在国际著名期刊Nature MethodsChemical ScienceAnalytical ChemistryPNAS以及JBC发表论文。

  1. 基于质谱的生物大分子药物分析:
  • 与抗凝血药物“肝素钠”相关的多糖类生物大分子的活性成分分析及相关糖生物学;
  • 糖基化蛋白类药物的体内分析。

2. 结合基因编辑技术和高分辨率质谱的蛋白组学研究:

  • 多糖与蛋白相互作用研究;
