1988年毕业于在四川大学化学系有机化学专业,获学士学位。1988年至1990年在成都油脂化工总厂工作。1993毕业于华西医科大学药学院药物化学专业,获硕士学位。1997年毕业于华西医科大学药学院药物化学专业,获博士学位。1997年至1999年在中国科学院上海药物研究所博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作。1999年至2014年在中国科学院广州化学研究所(于2001年12月整体转制为中科院广州化学有限公司)工作,历任副研究员、研究员、教授、博士生导师。2001年12月-2009年8月任中科院广州化学有限公司副总经理。2001年12月-2004年3月及2009年8月-2012年7月任中科院广州化学有限公司董事。2009年10-11月赴美国伊利诺理工大学(IIT)进修和培训。2014年3月,入选中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,现任中山大学药学院教授、博士生导师。

研究方向

主要从事中枢神经系统药物、抗肿瘤药物、心脑血管病药物及老年病药物的创新设计与合成;二苯乙烯类系列天然产物及衍生物的研究开发;新型前体药物的开发;特色可再生资源的多样化转化及高值化利用;药物及天然产物绿色合成工艺及方法学研究;仿制药物及功能性医药精细化学品的合成及开发。在痴呆症新药盐酸美金刚(Memantine Hydrochloride)的研究开发(转让项目在国内首家获得3.1类新药证书及生产批件)、系列二苯乙烯类天然产物及衍生物的研究开发(Resveratrol, Pterostilbene, Combretastatin A-4, Combretastatin A-1, Combretastatin B-1, Piceatannol, Oxyresveratrol等)、新型血管阻断剂类抗癌药物的研究开发(CA4P)、八角组份茴香脑及莽草酸多样化转化和高值化利用等方面做出创造性贡献;熟悉专利工作、应用背景突出、行业联系广泛。承担国家及省部级科技计划项目20项,技术合作与成果转让10余项;获2010年“中国产学研合作创新奖”(个人)及2013年中国科学院“朱李月华”优秀教师奖,获国际先进技术成果鉴定1项;在J. Org. Chem., Green Chem., J. Nat. Prod., Synthesis, Org. Biomol. Chem., RSC Advances, Synlett, Synth. Commun., Invest. New Drugs, Chem. Pharm. Bull., Antimicrob. Agents Chemother., Pharmcol. Res., Cancer Letters, Chem. J. Chinese Univ., Chin. Chem. Lett.等国内外核心期刊发表论文80余篇,申请专利50项,已授权40项。培养硕士、博士研究生20余名。

工作经历

担任广东省人民政府驻企业科技特派员并担任大型制药企业技术顾问并保持长期合作,任广东省化学学会理事、中国药学会高级会员、广东省药学会会员、广东高校手性药物工程技术研究中心技术委员会委员。曾担任九三学社广州化学研究所支社主委(2002.03-2014.03)、广东省第九届青年联合会委员、广州市天河区第五届、第六届政协常委。
