简单介绍

皮荣标,博士、教授、博士生导师。1993年于江西中医学院获得药学学士学位,1999年于中山(医科)大学获得药理学硕士学位,2002年于中山大学医学院获得药理学博士学位。曾多次到境外,包括香港科技大学(2002)、新西兰奥克兰大学(2005)和美国耶鲁大学医学院(2009)开展博士后研究或合作研究。担任多个基金评审专家(包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划和广州市科技局科技计划)及广东省食品药品管理局药品注册审评专家、J PharmaceuticsFrontier Med Chem 和药学研究的编委并在多个国内外重要学术刊物,如中山大学学报(医学版)、生物物理学学报、Chinese MedicineNeuroscienceJ Med ChemNeuroscientistsJ Pineal ResApoptosisBiochimica et Biophysica Acta(BBA) -Molecular Basis of DiseaseEur J Med ChemBMC LettJ Alzheimer Dis等担任特邀审稿人。是中国药理学学会会员、中国神经科学学会会员和广东省千百十人才校级培养对象。主要从事神经药理学和分子神经生物学研究。主持国家自然科学基金与香港研究资助局联合项目、国家自然科学基金(3)、科技部中意联委科技合作项目、广东省科技计划和广东省自然科学基金项目;参加多项包括科技部重大新药创制专项在内的国家级、省级研究项目。近年在Mol NeurobiolJ Biol ChemJ NeurochemBr J PharmacolPLoS ONEEJMCToxicol LettBrain ResNeurosci Lett等杂志发表论文近80篇,其中70余篇SCI论文。论文他引次数1300余次。申请国家发明专利11项,授权3项。培养硕士研究生11名,已毕业7名。 


研究方向

1. 中枢神经系统重大疾病(如脑缺血和阿尔茨海默氏病等)的分子机制;

2. 治疗神经系统疾病的“单分子多靶点”药物的研究开发。

  脑血管疾病和神经退行性疾病是威胁人类生命健康的重大疾病。近年来的研究显示,许多因素(如,兴奋毒性、炎症、氧化应激以及环境因素)参与这些疾病的发生发展过程,单一纠正其中某一因素,临床很难获得满意疗效。提示,该类疾病是多个因素综合参与,需要开发多靶点药物获得满意的疗效。我们的研究发现,利用已知药物的药效团通过适当的化学方法获得结构新颖、含有多个药效团的小分子化合物,经过筛选评价证实具有多靶点抗阿尔茨海默氏病的作用特点,有很好的开发前景(Ye M, et al., 2009; 皮荣标, et al., 2008, Chao XJ, et al., 2012; Chao XJ, et al., 2014; Chen M, et al., 2014; Li W, et al, 2005, 皮荣标等,中国国家发明专利; Digiacomo M , et al., 2015)。目前正建立中草药活性单体及其虚拟衍生物小分子化合物库(拟库容达到20,000个小分子)和针对神经系统重大疾病(如脑缺血和阿尔茨海默氏病)的药物计算机虚拟筛选平台,以此发现作用多靶标的先导化合物,再进行定向合成、评价和优化。

  此外,随着工业的发展,环境污染对生命健康的危害逐渐引起人们的重视。越来越多证据表明,金属离子(如铁和铜等)和丙烯醛参与神经退变性疾病的发生发展。我们在发现短暂脑缺血和铜离子诱导多个阿尔茨海默氏病相关基因表达的基础上(Ye J, et al., 2009; Mei Z, et al., 2009; Zhang F, et al., 2009; Lin R. et al., 2008),结合脑血管病与阿尔茨海默氏病交叉发病的临床证据,我们建立了一种新的散发性阿尔茨海默氏病动物模型,该模型具有制作简单、周期短的特点。我们还建立了丙烯醛诱导的AD大鼠模型(Huang YJ, et al., 2013)。这些模型比转基因动物模型更适合用于筛选评价抗阿尔茨海默氏病药物。我们正拟在其它动物(如小鼠和食蟹猴)上复制该模型并探讨相关病理变化特征和机制。
